Restaurant was under renovation and property was very noisy. Staff were very helpful and the gym was good.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Kendall. I went with my 10 year old grandson for his birthday. The staff were brilliant and left him a balloon and chocs in the room. The pool was great and a bonus you get free towels to use

Old Rundown RIP Off
Posted 16 Feb 2024 on Hotels£300 plus for a 4 night stay & this hotel was tired. Don’t know how they dare charge that price for such a run down hotel.
Bath was touched up with paint where there was rust. Furniture damaged, skirting never been painted for years.
Very disappointing

Thank you for your review, we are very sorry you found the rates high. Whist we do have an ongoing painting program, some items do get damaged before hand. The bath has been touched up as the enamel has been chipped, but this is with enamel repairer.

Definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were ALL welcoming and helpful. They even made our dog more than welcome. Free parking right next to the hotel. We will definitely book again.
