Really cute property. We were in the area for business and this was perfect. The management was great! The room was clean and exactly what we needed.
Would definitely stay here again!

Owner very friendly. Very clean suite but old carpet. Booked #9 with 2 queens & sofa but no sofa. But okay since 1 son didn’t spend night with us. Oven/stove red light on but nothing was on but we only used room to sleep so was okay. Would stay again if in area. Thank you.

One night stay before the eclipse. We were getting there late and the owners reached out to me before they left the office so we made sure to have a place to stay. The place was a little dated but had good Texas aesthetics which we really liked. This could easily work for an extended stay as well. Got to park right by the room.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful! The room and property was perfect for my family! We'll stay there again, on our next visit to Tool.
