Very clean and well cared for , but room was very small and tiny , staff very helpful, they tried to make our stay comfortable,
The breakfast was nice , they offered coffee,tea , and water all day long.
Bed sheets were quality and sparkling clean .

The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly. answer any question and try to help us...
The hotel in the center, plenty of resturants and shop.
The beat is far but there's a shuttle to a very nice beach with good food. recommend if you

Very Rude Hotel Manger
Posted 21 Jul 2022 on HotelsThe hotel is ok, the reception staff are friendly. Except the manager is so rude and arrogant and helpless. She talked to me with loud voice like if I'm employee not a guest. I found it very strange when she is actually working hospitality with no skills about hospitality. That was my worst experience at the hotel.

knowing that our hotel is a family hotel, you choose us for one night stay. you went out at night. you came with a lady without passport or id at four o' clock in the morning.you were shouting to night receptionist when ı came down at 4 o clock in the morning while all of our quest sleeping. you were shouting at hotel lobby to our night receptionist like crazy . we explained that we can not accept your quest specially when she doesnt have any passport. actually you were the one who walked on us as you were so drank means you may not remember the details but our security camera has recorded I have been in the business ı dont see that kind of approaches .

Good situation,well maintained hotel,use of sandy beach and beach furniture with a free transfer to and from.
All staff were exceptional helpful and knowledgeable, this made our stay very enjoyable,we would definitely go again.
