Exceptional experience! Didn’t expect it would be such a great time! Amazing staff, great food selection, pleasant atmosphere! Would recommend this hotel to everybody who’s looking for something luxurious for affordable price!

Wow, what a fantastic stay! Akra Kemer is unlike any place we have stayed. Nothing was amiss. We can't say enough positive things about the quality of the Akra staff! Almost every encounter was positive and you could tell they were there to give us the best possible experience. They were very friendly, hospitable, professional, and well-deserving of any tips they received. I sincerely hope they are paid well! Thank you, Akra Kemer staff! Every day provided a trip highlight that one might only experience once at other places: The staff, the spa services, the a la carte restaurants, the dining, the comfort of the room, and the entertainment. The value for our money was incredible! Akra Kemer goes above and beyond to provide an enjoyable and memorable stay. For example, they have Turkish, seafood, Italian, and Asian a la carte restaurants (advanced booking required) with five-course meals and unlimited drinks included. This experience at a restaurant with similar quality and service could easily be 75-100 USD per person. But they provide it free to the guests! We had an upper-floor room with a sea view that exceeded our expectations! Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. They even gave us a welcome gift of fruit and wine! We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony to enjoy the spectacular views. The room was very quiet and truly relaxing. The photographer, Ozi, was funny! He took outstanding photos that made us look young again to have memories of our fabulous

Fabulous hotel but beware of arrogant guests

Great hotel, food was amazing, helpful staff, great facilitirs. The only down side is the fact that there Are too many Children who use adult facilities, they disurb your space by jumping off the Mall where signs clearly state no jumping but everyone turns a blind eye in their efforts to secure guests. Not only is it dangerous but your space is invaded by this constant running and jumbing, making it sometime impossible to use the stairs to enter the water from the Mall which is full of sundeck lounges (beautiful Location) designed to offer comfort and enjoyment. Life gusrds spend their time being seen but Not imposing the signage gor prohibited behaviour. The Resort offers fabulous activities and facilities for children, however it is the parents who simply allow their under age children to test their adventurers side without any regard for other guests. It is a hotel in Kemer on the more expensive side, so when you pay top dollar for your enjoyment you expect that your expectations will be included.

Beautiful resort, location is amazing! Negative side is the food choices (quality was ok) and front desk staff was needs to improve customer service skills! I was charged 160Euro for the second child even online it said 2 kids were included! After debating with them for an hour i paid it and moved on...but would not stay there again or recommend this place!
