There was no elevator at this property in the old building. Part of the hotel is old and the windows look into the pool in quite a few rooms and then there is a connecting section that is a much nicer tower.

The rooms are outdated, un-maintained, and dirty. The window in our room kept falling out, there was an unidentifiable white substance on the wall, the main door to our room was broken and holey at the bottom, there were carpet nails sticking up (cut myself on one), the bed was uncomfortable, and so much more. I will never stay at a sandman again, especially at this price point. How dare you charge so much for a dirty hovel!

We really enjoyed our stay! My children were thrilled to be right next to the pool. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.
