rooms were dirty immediately after check-in and the hallways had a strange smell.
breakfast was not appealing at all
the restaurant onsite was never open.

Construction being done on the room directly below mine for 6 hours straight. Constant banging until 8pm.

The property was clean however when I went to check in at 2 o’clock the room was not ready for checkin. The person behind the counter said it would be ready in a half an hour so we went to Walmart and went back at 2:35 ish and the clerk said let me get a hold of house keeping and see if they were done they were not done he then said another 1/2 hour which made me really irritated cause I am paying for a room it should be ready when we go to check in so we went out to our car for another 1/2 hour and we went back in there was a sign up saying had to step away will be back soon. I stood there for about 10-15 mins and clerk finally came and and said let me get a hold of housing keeping it finally was ready so I went back out and grabbed our luggage and went to the room we were in however housekeeping was still in the room we were suppose to get some waited in the hallway for 10 mins.
