Door on the south side to rooms needs to be fixed. Clerk had to open it because card wouldn’t work.

On a night with severe weather and tornado watches in area they refused to be flexible with thier policies.. i called the property 5 times no answers.. so i called corprate and expedia.. no help in refund and no comunication.
