It was really good and clean. The owner was ver hospitable and offer all services.
Only thing - if you navigate in google.maps by address only, it shows wrong location 11km from the place. If you navigate by name or coordinates in Expedia it is right. Pay attention

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place

I had a mountain facing room & it was spotlessly clean, super comfortable & had a stunning view across to Mount Kazbegi.
Everything worked perfectly, the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve had in recent memory & the owner was very friendly & helpful
I’m delighted to have stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Highly recommend.

nadia was very helpful..she answered my calls promptly and spoke good english...she waited up for us as we reached the hotel late....all our queries about sightseeing in the area were answered to our satisfaction!

하지만 주인이나 직원에게 뭔가 이것저것 묻고 싶은 사람엔겐 권하고 싶지 않음

2) 조식이 안되어 아침에 당황,
별도주문하니 성의껏 챙겨주심.
3) 물이나 커피 제공 안되니 사가지고 가세요.
4) 교통은 용이한 편입니다.

Just perfect - and very reasonably priced
Posted 11 Oct 2021 on HotelsThe hotel is well located, in the heart of Kazbegi city centre, rooms are spacious, clean, the hotel overall is neat. We paid 55€ a night for a family room, I think this is an excellent quality price ratio! Would definitely come again!

Come for the view !
Posted 25 Aug 2021 on HotelsWe stayed 2 nights in this delightful little hotel managed by a sweet family who speaks good English. The rooms are pretty basic with no TV but the Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable. There is a hot water kettle in the room and there is a refrigerator which is perfectly clean just outside the room where you can store your food and drinks if you have any.
I would suggest adding a recycling bin and refillable bottles of shampoo and soap rather than those tiny bottles that generate so much plastic waste.
The only downside was the bed which was incredibly uncomfortable. I mentioned it to them so hopefully they will take that into account.
And the best part about this hotel is the view. Some rooms come with a balcony. Not ours but that is okay because you just need to step outside to be on a terrace with a view of the Caucasus. It was a delight sitting there in the afternoon sipping coffee or in the evening sipping wine.
