The HVAC in our room did not function. We were in a family room with 3 kids. I was told by the front desk that it was “an old building” and the HVAC control didn’t actually do anything as it was central… it was blowing warm air instead of the needed AC cold air. I was not offered anything for the problem.

The shower head is not adjustable so only very very tall guests can enjoy a satisfactory shower. I am 5 feet tall. The hotel shuttle bus service is good but can be excellent if one/two more ride/s can be added between 5pm and 7pm from the train station to the hotel.

The view from our room was absolutely amazing. We strolled along the water along the beach. The breakfast was delicious and there was quite a large selection of food. The staff was very courteous. We did have a bit of difficultly speaking with the receptionist on arrival because of his limited English and we didn't speak Japanese. He was very nice though but it would have been better if there was someone who could speak English a bit better.

A perfect location to end my Japan trip. Hotel is right on the beach. Every rooms are either face the ocean or Mountain View. And the room was very spacious.

More frequent shuttle bus schedule and runs until 7pm can be more convenient.
