Epic Fail

Pros: Nothing - I never saw it, and would not have been able to stay there even if I could have found it...
They never messaged us back about how to check in or get access, GPS took us to a destination two kilometers away from the actual place, and when we got them on the phone we were told they didn't even have a room available for us...even though we had a prepaid confirmed reservation and itinerary. How's that for an experience...?
