Great location, very friendly staff.
Bar was excellent with a decent selection of food options.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean but the bathroom could have done with a slight refurbishment.
Other than that this hotel is in a great location with easy access to one of the main streets in Kaunas.

Lack of commitment
Posted 11 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe booked Suite and were downgraded to family room. I also requested for a baby cot which wasn’t provided in the room and when they sent after 2nd reminder it wouldn’t fit in our room.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a range of excellent restaurants and within walking distance of the Old Town. The staff were wonderful, unfailingly helpful and spoke excellent English which I really appreciated since I don't speak Lithuanian. My room was rather small gor a 4 day stay and colleagues made similar comments about their rooms. Check in was slow because my arrival coincided with 2 international football teams. The reception staff did a great job in challenging circumstances.
