Very welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable family rooms which were conveniently on the first floor. Excellent breakfast. Very good value for money.

One night stay for business. Location was great. I sensed the hotel had recently switched from being an Ibis-owned hotel? Some attention needed to the things in the room - a pillow with a hole in it, and the mattress on the bed was at the end of its life and not so comfortable to sleep on.
The flip-side is the reception team could not be more helpful or friendly. With a small overhaul this could be a great hotel for short trips.

Posted 25 Jan 2019 on HotelsStay here regularly for business trips. Rooms are a little small but okay for a solo traveller. Great location for getting into the centre of Kaufbeuren and the local amenities.

The first morning there was no hot (or warm) water for shower or washing however they did have it fixed by the evening and was good for the remainder of my stay. Other than that disappointment, my stay was quite enjoyable.
