Great service, they upgraded my room size. Happy the freezer in the min fridge was larger than normal. Easy to uber around and this place is closer to the train station than I thought. It is nice to have a restaurant at the top also with good food and nice staff. Get the breakfast also in the mornings.

The staff were great and friendly. The WiFi in my room did not work properly i only got signal in half of my room and so I had to rely on data mostly. My room card stopped working TWICE in a 4 night stay and had to have reception re-scan the card. That wasn't uncommon either because I met other people who had that same issue. Other than that it was high quality with lots of amenities.

worst overnight stay ever

My booking was transferred to Hotel Diament Vacanza, which is a much lower standard hotel. I only found out about it when I arrived at the hotel. I have not received price compensation. I have terrible experience after staying in this hotel

Śniadanie w cenie 70 zł to jakieś nieporozumienie. Nie warte nawet 20 zł. Druga sprawa to parking hotelowy w cenie 50 zł - czy wszyscy już totalnie poszaleli? Nawet w Niemczech parkingi hotelowe są tańsze!
