1) The hotel cleaners never cleaned our dustbins for 3 days the same rubbish was there from when we checked in till we checkout
2) the curtains are falling off and don’t cover all the windows, it was very hard to get any sleep whilst sleeping on the sofa bed as the light was coming in
3) the sofa bed was not made up and we had to wait 1 hour 45 min from 9pm till 1045pm till someone came to bring us linen/pillows/duvet
4) the bathroom shower was disappointing the water was so slow and half way through the water cuts off then followed by a small break the water starts again with ice cold water.
This was the penthouse
