My room was quiet in spite of the very busy area (is anywhere in Kathmandu not very busy?). The staff were so accommodating and kind and I enjoyed very good Indian food in the restaurant. You can see occasional cracks in the mortar (booth literally and figuratively) but for the price I paid I felt like it was a good place at a great price.

A fine stay in Nepal

Hotel is running smoothly, the room was perfect, breakfast was fine, service on the spot. we had no problem staying at the Crowne Imperial.

I can say this is my best stay ever in any of the Nepali Hotels till today. As a Nepali; I always felt discrimination between me(domestic tourist) and foreigners in other hotels of Nepal despite me paying same or even more which pinch me as I also work in Hotel Industry abroad. But staying over here made me felt as a proper guest. I arrived at the hotel 07:30 am in the morning taking Hotel pick up facilities and the lovely lady at front desk Salina and Trainee with her ( sorry couldn't catch her name who also arranged me hotel vehicle to drop me to the airport) checked me in so early which gave me good rest before I start my day for the work. The swimming pool was awesome and the breakfast food was outstanding. The server named Yunika was so cheerful and humble during the day and the morning when I was there. Arjun, from Concierge was very helpful with my luggage and even helped to weigh it as I was leaving to the airport. Likewise Ram who is a lovely driver make me reach on time to the airport safely. As I mentioned this is my best stay as I literally felt for the first time Home away from Home staying in Nepal's Hotel; Yunika, Salina , Trainee from Front Desk , Arjun and Ram deserves great recognition.Lastly, just a bit of suggestion is though everyone were very helpful and kind; they lack information regarding the department of hotels but i am sure in my next visit; i can see all of them with the same attitude and full of information. Thanks Crowne Imperial team.
