For the price, location, and staff, this hotel is perfect. There were a couple minor issues "No Hot Water" for one morning, but everything else was great. The staff always have a smile, and willing to help. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Uncomfortable mattress

The staff are nice but my bed was not comfortable due to a very thin unsupportive mattress.

Very friendly and helpful staff that made our stay pleasant and arranged airport transfers and onward bus travel travel, as well as providing a nice breakfast. The room was fine, basic but comfortable and much needed retreat and air con upon arriving in Kathmandu.

staff was helpful and friendly. room is basic but good for the price. needs new paint, which they were doing while i was there. beds were comfortable. only had one time no hot water. sheets could use an upgrade

The hotel staff and Only reception ambience is good. The rooms condition is not up to the mark, it made me feel dull and the room heater was not working. Even the toilet need a refabrishment.

Best value in Thamel

I've stayed in many hotels in Thamel, and I found Hotel Buddha Land to be the best value. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. Also the hot water, AC, and WIFI are all super reliable, which is hard to find in Thamel. I highly recommend Hotel Buddha Land!

Main section, yet cozy n quite.

It's location is close to every thing, yet it is very cozy feeling Conner and very quite Conner. The staffs are very friendly and cooperative the problem I had.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Awesome breakfast, great location. Hotel and room was cold because it wasn't insulated and some outside noise from construction but other than that really nice.

Peaceful Hotel For Budget Travellers

Pros: 1. Behaviour of the hotel staff 2. Cleanliness 3. Peaceful and calm area 4. Availability of water and electricity 5. Budget Prices
Cons: 1. Room should be cleaned everyday. I had to ask the hotel staff to clean my room on 2nd day after checkin. 2. Lunch & dinner should be available too
Location: Located in Thamel area which is Kathmandu's commercial hub. Its full of shops. There are lot of dance bars in Thamel, which some may find disturbing.
The hotel is located in a very peaceful and calm area. Traffic noise is zero. Rooms are clean. Water was available 24 hours a day including hot water. Staff behaviour is very good too. Mr.Vesh, Mr.Shankar and the cook who makes breakfast, Mr.Chander, all of them are soft spoken and well behaved.
