I didn’t like to be called at 2am to come and repair geyser and we didn’t get morning breakfast I was informed their staff start work at 7am.

Took a gamble booking, I was surprised how great it was ! Looks like new management and great value and very helpful staff and amazing Safari and Boat Cruise experience..for the price excellent value!

I would just suggest to potential guests to confirm with hotel about if the restaurant was indeed open (for all meals), do they have a menu now (they didnt when we were there ??), ask for information on tour company they use (it was good but they couldn't even tell us the name. There is no printed info in reception area about tours, what other dining options are in the area when their restaurant was closed. No emergency numbers). Rooms were nice. Pool area had dirty tables that we had to ask for a cloth for. I did send a note to manager after we stayed. No reply. I think there is good potential here...with having staff better trained .
