It’s near the station and a shopping complex, but that’s about it. I ate the most mediocre Napolitan I’ve ever eaten in my life here.

Very convenient location especially if you’re not driving. It’s walking distance to the station (5 mins) and the large outlet mall. Only downside is that we were placed on a smoking floor (although we booked non-smoking) and there was quite a strong smell of smoke in the room.

Best part of this hotel is breakfast don’t miss it.
But first time I go to the room have pee smell.
Window can open that help.
Hotel smaller then other APA hotel but karuizawa view is great.
Hotel same side of the road easy to walk form train station.

There’s smelly sewage from the bathroom piping. The faucet is faulty, it’s too loose.
