No staff, old lock boxes. Very basic

Hi Matthew. Thank you for choosing Riverside Motel for your stay and for your feedback. I apologise if I didn't get to meet you. I have a couple of motels in town and am often at my other one down the road. I do contact all my guests and ensure that they know how they can get into their room. This is a new process that I am working with and I welcome all feedback. Lock boxes which are brand new and are essential to my system. Thank you

Is only when you arrive that you find out there is no one in attendance. It's not difficult, but as you can't check your phone whilst driving, it's a bit daunting when you get there and there's no one around. When you get your phone out to ring the number, that's when you read their text and it's all sorted. Quiet, clean and accessible to the town.

The room was a good size, clean and well appointed. The Motel is near the local club, and walk to the bay. Checkin easy and fast. Will stay there again!

It is what it it is …an older budget motel but with the best price on the list, We would have no hesitation to stay here again —I rated it “average” in everything because nothing was “poor”….the one person staffing the motel was couteous and approachable but not onsite for most of the stay.

Very clean and tidy. Bed super hard our only negative. Close walk to RSL and IGA.
