Hotel was generally very good. Disappointed that the room wasn’t available at checkin time! Had to wait for room to become available when I should have been able to check in at that time. Cleaners need learn how to clean under the bed. Excellent staff.

Lovely place to stay, staff were amazing!
Only thing that could be improved is breakfast buffet - didn’t have a lot of variety.

The rooms are rather dated. The bathroom could use some remodeling. Overall, the stay was wonderful! The staff and their service is excellent. The property has security especially as the location is in the central of Kuta. The private beach and boardwalk are amazing. Morning and evening walks are a must. The boardwalk path leads to the city if you do not wish to walk towards it from the front of the property. That's a plus!
Restaurants and drinks are good. Breakfast buffet each morning is a wonderful plus to our stay. Their menu changes daily to serve everyone's appetite - Indonesian, Indian, European, coffee, tea, water, juice. Must try the buffet.
The hotel also facilitate our money exchange as well as booking of tours and restaurants. They are very accommodating to guests. The property also has a helipad which is a wonderful addition to the property. Have to keep that in mind next time.

Big and clean pool area and very well maintained gardens.
Super friendly staff ,helpful in any situation.
Good size rooms and great selection of breakfast options makes the stay really pleasant.
