Excellent location. Big swimming pool. Clean rooms Nice staff.Close to night market. Close to the best restaurant, Helvetia.

We requested a room with a double bed but we got twin beds instead without any apology or effort to make us feel happy to stay. The staff did not smile at all during our stay. However, they had a nice swimming pool and were not far from the center.

It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was nice and helpful. Good coffee place just around the corner and Hash burger nearby. Only downside would be the walk alond sewers to get to the beach. But it's the case for all hotels in the area. The mattress was a bit hard for me. The room was super clean

Great smaller hotel to stay at on a budget. Everything was clean and in good condition. Well located in the heart of Kata but maybe 250m off and behind the main road so pretty peaceful. Pool is not huge but sufficient for the number of guests and never felt cramped. Bike hire and laundry services available. I'd use again if I were to ever return

Staff was ok, fake smiles but trying to help. Room was tiny, beds and pillows realy uncomfortable. Ac made clicking noise at night
