Noting the air conditioner in the single room off the end of the pool stopped working on the second last day which meant for a difficult sleep on our last night. Otherwise everything was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend the villa to others.

Very happy with our stay. Staff were very attentive and always pleasant, delivered us a lovely surprise when one of the group had a birthday. Kids enjoyed the privacy of a private pool

Loved the location and cleanliness of the property. Highly recommend if you want something close to the beach. Will book again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay here at the Karon Beach Pool Villa. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They responded to all our requests very quickly. Such kind and welcoming people.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is going with family group, simple basic things you need to ask and delay in delivering. we were charged huge amount for some missing item, ensure you count each and every item while checking in.

Dear all, I am surprised when I see your comment and feedbacks here. May I take responding to explain about your concerns.1. T TR e Harding to the basic facilities provided, as you made a booking and informed us only 7 persons but you arrived in total 10 persons without notifying that why we didn’t set the facilities for 11.2. Reading to the damage itim which is only 250 Baht charged (7 USD). It’s universal understanding if anyone broke something in the hotel. OfCourse you have to pay and I already informed your family members upon check in. Thank you for feedbacks and I hope you have a wonderful holidays. With best regards,Katie

Whilst the villa was concrete chic, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Housecleaning DID NOT clean, they did not even bother to put our clean dishes away! They only changed our sheets once in a 2 week stay! Disgusting! The location was far from all transport services, a good 20min walk in hot humid and hilly conditions. We paid over 100K bahts to stay there and then got abused on the last day to pay for 2 broken glasses, expected to pay 200baht!! Absolutely appalling.

To make everything clear I will answer by each point as follows 1. According for police if any damaged items by the guest to be charged which is hotel’s rule and responsibility (like other hotels do)2. For environmental friendly we clearly informed by written card and put in the Villa for bed and linen change and even though we are happy to change it if requested with reasonable reasons.2. We mentioned clearly on confirmation email regarding the transportation assistance if you need it just let us know we have service for that (check the email carefully) in this case you didn’t inform and ask for assistance. I am sorry for thatI respect the feedback but to be fair and clear I am sure what’ve have served you the best and I answered on evidence based. Villa architecture is unique - two of the four rooms have no privacy when it comes to bathrooms. Not very walkable location, so further expenditure for taxis/vans/scooters should be taken into account. Were promised a free drink upon arrival which was just bottled water. Towels did not appear to be changed (many were dirty upon arrival, and in between days they would be moved so they would not have the chance to be dried). Pool however was well kept, and the villa was generally quite clean and all appliances bar the washing machine were in good working order.
