I lived in this city for long time and I love the location. You can easily walk in the city center. Close to Beirtheimer Allee and Karlsruhe’s beautiful zoo. Groceries and restaurants are easy to access. The hotel and the staff are very nice and polite.

The staff were ok. The location is great, it is close to the zoo, Biertheimer Allee which is a very nice little park.
We made a reservation during the summer, our room had a very small AC, which was not even make the room just 2 or 3 degrees cooler. Very hot, difficult to fall sleep. The minibar was not working, even the water bottle they put in the minibar was hot! Breakfast was very good but still in a warm room, where also flies were flying around.
Other than that everything was fine!

Posted 19 May 2023 on HotelsFantastic service on both English and German, although obviously better in German. Quiet and located in a great area. They were able and willing to accommodate a late arrival although it was not necessary. I struggle to think of anything that could have been different or better, especially for the price. I’m almost disappointed I haven’t tried any other hotels in Karlsruhe, because I will never stay anywhere else when in town. AMERICANS PLEASE NOTE: it is not typical for German buildings to have air conditioning, and I believe this hotel is not an exception. You can limit the amount of heat in your room by closing your black out curtains during the day.

Great value in a good location. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious! Thanks for making my stay a wonderful one :)

Good option for a central Karlsruhe stay
Posted 30 Aug 2021 on HotelsEasy check-in, room was clean. Bathroom a bit old perhaps, but generally good standard. Very central and easy to get to, with a short walk from the central station.
