The apartment was spacious with high ceilings. It also came with two large balconies with direct view of Grand Hotel Pupp. Hotel offers parking at €10/night, which makes parking in this posh town very convenient. Breakfast is also good quality.

Pleasant stay
Posted 31 Aug 2018 on HotelsMy single room was fine except for the sink in the bathroom (the tinniest sink I've ever seen), which was almost unusable due to its position. No cleaning during my 2 day stay, just toiletries replenished. Breakfast was good with multiple options. The staff barely speak english, but nevertheless they were all very pleasant. Overall: a good hotel in central location.

Posted 22 Feb 2018 on HotelsGreat location - right across Grand Hotel Pupp. Both the evening and morning front desk attendants were lovely. The breakfast is good - both hot and cold. I had a single room - it was very clean but a bit on a smaller side.

Location: Across the canal from the Casino, just minutes to the colonnades, cafe's, and shopping.
Was only on Karlovy one night but staff and location were great!
