Staff was courteous and accommodating. However, the condition of the facility, especially rooms, was average. For example, washroom lock was broken. Despite informing the staff about it at the very start, nobody came to fix it.

My experience was terrible. Front desk staff was very bully and uncooperative. When ordered some items to refill for tea, it never delivered. I also asked for the iron but took 30 minutes so i have to leave without iron my shirt. When I complained to the front desk. They mentioned, it takes 20 minutes for any request to full fill with was not true as i waited 30 minutes. Terrible staff and bully

A Holiday with a Homely feel!
Posted 13 Aug 2023 on HotelsThe service from reception to porters all staff is excellent. Excellent buffet for morning breakfast. Amazing open air feel. Plenty of choice to eat. The swimming pool is kept clean and the spa is very popular too.
