Not as expected. No slippers were provided to go to washroom. In room dinong order takes a long time. Coffee I ordered took nearly 45 min. Not as expected.

The staff are ever so polite and courteous, the service was excellent, staff at breakfast in the cafe western were excellent, food was delicious, hotel was spotless would stay here again.

Reception staff did not seem to have up to date knowledge about procedures. Restaurant staff was excellent. Over all facilities were reasonably good excerpt the washroom size is very small difficult to move around.
