My wife and I came for a weekend stay to celebrate her birthday as well as my granddaughter's first. Check in was smooth and efficient courtesy of Tashae. She assisted us throughout our stay leaving a lounge gift card and arranging the hotel's shuttle service for dinner later that even which is a real plus for me serving the Plaza neighborhood. We were pleased with our room on the sixth floor and had positive interactions with everyone we interacted with. Did not make it to the gym or the rooftop but we will have this property high on our list on our next visit to KC. Our only issues were worn out pillows which detracted from the nice bed and the confusing signage in the underground parking lot.

Very clean room. The room was spacious and comfortable. I do think we had a handicap accessable bathroom, without requesting one. It was very nice but no where to store accessories. I would be interested in seeing a regular king bathroom.
