The room was very clean, when we first walked in the doors there was an overwhelming smell of mold, but once you got into the lobby that dissipated quickly. The rest of the property was pretty clean. I will say the Carpet And our room definitely needs replaced, but overall everything else was great. Our experience at the restaurant was fantastic.

Our sheets were dirty when we crawled into bed late as we checked in late. The comforter has stains and blood on it. We usually love staying at Embassy suites, but we were pretty disappointed at the quality of the rooms. It definitely needs to be updated. The staff is excellent as always.

I loved the room near the elevators, it's more flexible to get down the elevator quickly... But I dare say that it is the Embassy hotel with the poorest facade that I have stayed, they need to update a lot for the high prices they have. In the happy hour that is what draws the attention of the client they have controlled the drinks instead I have stayed in Hotels always of Embassy and these have a very good schedule for Free drinks... Also the breakfast staff very unfriendly.
