Gentleman at check in was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed happy hour and our room was clean and comfy. We used the parking service at the hotel to leave our car there during our trip and we took the hotel shuttle to the airport, very convenient! Would stay again!

Our room was clean, the woman who checked us in was great! Unfortunately it was New Years Eve wr had to travel and there was a lot of loud noise from the large dinning area late at night. A lot of noise. But again it was New Years Eve so we turned rhe TV on for white noise in background. Property is clean a d safe.

I really cant say enough how happy I am that I decided to stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful, place was clean and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic.

Our stay was nice. We did find a problem with how old our TV was in the room. A 16 year old tv is not a smart tv. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We had our grandchildren with us and we had fun swimming. The breakfast was delicious! Made to order omelets, yum! Our room had a pull out sofa bed-that mattress should be updated!

One major dislike was that we had to pay for parking and another was the lack of chairs in the pool area. That being said the pool was warm and enjoyable! One thing I really liked was the environment, it was fancy but not too fancy that I felt like me and my family with young children were out of place. The staff and other guests were all so kind. The elevator was a huge hit with our youngins! We don't visit KC often, but if we do we will definitely be staying here again!!
