This property is undergoing major renovations in the lobby and first floor areas. The noise was very loud, but the desk clerk, SP, was happy to move us from the 2nd floor to the 5th, so the noise eouldnt disturb us. When the renovations are completed.... I'm sure it's going to be beautiful.

Room itself was clean, issue was the linens on the beds, had hair in them also extra pillows in the closet that we were going to use on sofa bed were dirty. Beds were too high, was hard getting on and off especially for seniors, also were too soft for us. Staff was friendly, breakfast the usual for a hotel.

This was our second stay at this property and this time we found it in the midst of being renovated. The lobby was in a state of truly being renovated. However, it didn't cause any disruption to us staying in a room on the 4th floor. We booked this because of its convenient location to family members that we were visiting and to take advantage of the free breakfast provided, which was disappointing because of COLD scrambled eggs both mornings of our stay. They did provide additional seating for breakfast in the fitness room, which we took advantage of. Since all of the fitness machines were unavailable due to the rearrangement of the room, we hoped no other guests were hoping to get in a good workout! We will most likely choose other nearby properties on future visits to KC.
