The InterContinental is a nice property if you are looking to do some shopping/eating at the Plaza. I have to say it is just a tired older property that could really use some updates but the location makes up for it. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was excellent.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool area is great too. We were there on a busy July 4 weekend, and the staff that was there was great - very friendly and helpful

Very nice hotel to stay in, the pool is a plus for the warmer months. Perfect area for walking to shop and restaurants in the lovely area on the Country Club Plaza.

Great stay for a weekend getaway. Like most hospitality businesses these days staffing is a challenge but the staff from check in to check out were great. Would stay here again!
