Very nice hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast area was a nice surprise, so big and modernly decorated. Parking was easy. One of the biggest reasons for giving 5 stars is the communications from the hotel prior to our stay. The map with parking and check-in instructions was great! The streetcar pickup is so close, bery handy. It was also easily leave and return to the parking garage. Thank you for a great experience.

Firstly Robert at the front desk was simply amazing. He has such a positive and infectious energy to him and makes you feel at ease while handling any problem or issue you have. His first greeting and personable nature put me at ease instantly and helped me realize I made an awesome choice to stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of space for multi-day or single day stays. The quick 7 min walk to the convention center and places to eat is amazing as well! I wish every hotel I visited had such charm and personable feel.

Cleanliness was very good. But the pay parking is a joke on how you go about it. You should have the pay parking be done while checking in up front . Way easier and less hassle. My opinion for someone who has traveled quit a bit
