The hotel's cleanliness and overall atmosphere are impressive. Three aspects that caught my attention were Debrajai (front desk) taking the initiative to sanitize door cards during less busy periods, Room Service always helpful and nice, and Director Christina Smith, who made a point to meet us daily at the breakfast area, where we had friendly conversations that left a positive impression on my family and me, and it was only later that we discovered her role as the hotel's director. Our stay was a memorable experience, and it's one that we will always look back on fondly.

This is a great place to stay and leave a vehicle for a trip. It is located beside the Sheriff Dept. so very safe. The 24/7 shuttle is a wonderful perk, especially if you have a very early or late flight.

The room was clean. The complimentary coffee and tea bar that's open 24/7 was TOP NOTCH. The shuttle service was TOP NOTCH (We were glad for this service). Also we parked our car at the hotel for a fee, and felt that the area was a safe place for our vehicle to be parked. Our room was on the ground level and was near to an exit door; and this was really noisy. We might have been okay if our room had been up a floor and not near an exit door.

The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, complete comfortable and it was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. On the down side, you must be 21 to rent a room and that was not told to us when we booked a room for our 18 yr old son when he was stranded in a snow storm and the front desk desk clerk would not allow him to to check in
