Horrific customer service. All the way to the top. Multiple layers of failure. Should have known when we checked in and one of front desk staffers was coming off confrontation with "loud" customers and being told by her superior that she didn't handle it appropriately (in front of me checking in). Same woman told us incorrect breakfast hours. Then when asking why there was no breakfast when we came downstairs we were lectured that it was "clearly posted on the wall" in the lobby and there was nothing they could do. Asked to speak to this man's superior. He said it was the owner. She called and left me a voicemail saying there was nothing she could do. Thought this was a good idea after seeing an 8.8 rating online. It was more like a 2. It was slightly better than sleeping outside on the ground.

It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It had shampoo condiotner soaps and lotions in the room. The staff were cery nice. Helpful and informative. Breakfast was good. Not great but good.

Hotel is in a nice area extremely close to the airport, but you don’t hear any noise from the planes. Secure, well lit parking area in the back of the hotel. Nice rooms with some of them having balconies, but there weren’t any chairs on the balconies.

It's a nice place to stay before a flight from or going to MCI.
As with all hotels, be sure to inspect the room and check for cleanliness.

Stayed for two nights, nice safe area. Rooms were clean, indoor pool was nice and breakfast was good. Really can’t complain about anything and will for sure stay here again if in the Kansas City area.

Loved the pool and gym. Pleasant atmosphere. Thats going to be my goto stay place prior to making my flight.
