The gentleman running the check in desk was wonderful! I arrived early, before scheduled check in with a terrible migraine headache. He allowed me to check in early and waived the fee , so that I could lay down. I really appreciated his kindness.

Location was good. The beds and vanity area were clean, two of the three beds were comfortable. Most all other surfaces needed cleaning including the walls, floors, curtains and most importantly, around the toilet. If most of the city wasn't already sold out and we didn't just needed a place to sleep, we wouldn't have stayed. I had to clean areas myself before I was comfortable using the facilities. Didn't stay for breakfast, so can't comment on that.

staff were very nice and attempted to help out promptly......however, the lackadaisical attitude they held about their job (front desk) being over on the furniture lounging about, cell phones playing videos, instead of being at their desk.....had a desk chair that was permanently leaned way back to a reclining position that wouldn't go forward.....they brought a replacement, but it could not be prevented from going into full on recliner mode either, and if ya were not aware, could easily catapult an unsuspecting guest into an unwanted backflip to the floor! Top it off with there being no bodywash whatsoever in our room, and when I came down to get some, they didn't have any out front, so the staff went down the hall asking housekeeping, but eventually decided to get some other rooms supply and give it to me.He asked me my room#, and I naively told him, thinking he would locate some and bring it there.Lol, after 30 mins or more, I went back downstairs, and found him lounging on the couch playing videos, and I noted a bottle of bodywash sitting behind the counter, so I asked if it was for me, he said it was, so I left......He apparently could not be bothered to ring my room in lieu of coming there with it, to let me know he had some for me....and lastly, a self proclaimed "best breakfaast" really isn't much when it begins at 6am, and at nearly 6:10 am, none of the coffee dspensers held a single drop of coffee, and had not been filled prior to opening the breakfast buffet.....

On the tissue box in our hotel room, there was a stink bug on it. This is a Wyndham Hotel chain, this should have never happened. The employees were nice checking us in our room.The free breakfast was nice. A nice swimming pool too.
