Hotel is beautiful and has a wonderful coffee shop in the lobby. It is conveniently located in downtown where there are many restaurants, conventions and theater.

Excellent staff. You must use Valet Parking. Beautiful lobby....would have been even more attractive with some coffee in the lobby!

Probably one of the best places to stay in KCMO. Wit that said, it was just alright. I really enjoyed the mini bar selection.
