This is a very unique contemporary property. It's best to valet park. Street parking is very limited with 2hr limit. No microwave in the suites however there is a microwave in the lobby. Property is filled with beautiful artwork. The property use to be a paint brush factory. Great stay. Great staff💋

Excellent location for access to restaurants and galleries in crossroads area. Also easily walkable to Children’s Mercy Hospital.

The property was and room was attractive, clean and in good repair. The room was so quiet! It is located close to the free train on Main Street, making getting around fantastic in that area! Staff checked us in no problem. I gave them the keys to my car at the desk for valet parking. Here is where the only hick up happened. I had driven in from out of state. My car windows were up. A little while later my car app alerted me that my passenger window was down. My car is brand new. This is the first time I had driven out of town. I had never received a notification like this before. I went to the desk and asked if they could check on the car. The woman who had parked my car was there and let me know that she had unrolled the window while parking and had rolled it back up. I refreshed the app and it still showed it was unrolled. She said she would check on it. She did offer that I could go with her, but I did need to leave for dinner reservations. My car kept sending me the alert about my window all night through dinner and the concert. When you receive a valet parking ticket that states the hotel is not responsible for any damage to your car or any items stolen from it, it’s concerning that staff leaves the window down. The next morning when the car was brought to me, the window was down a few inches. Car was fine, no harm done. I could have relaxed a bit more on my trip if the staff had gone with my key and ensured the window was up. That being said, I would stay here again.

We asked the original lady that checked us in about parking and we got an answer of valet or nothing basically but realized there is more options available however it was out of her concern (inconvenience) to advise what we were asking. Lack of care and concern for a person in the front of the business.

The room was comfortable and stylish, the hotel staff was great, and the location was great. Used the valet parking since there was no self parking other than the street.
