No internet on an important day was running the second day No property maps or tv guide in room

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Our internet provider had issues and we working diligently to get it fixed in a timely manner. I understand it was frustrating as it was for us. We do have a digital guest directory that is located via the QR code in all rooms. Thank you again.

Shower had lots of hair in it. No internet when we arrived. Bathroom sink top had thick dust & dirt in corners. No water bottles available in rooms & machine for vending was broken on our floor. No candles in holders on dinning tables. However the staff was very nice.

Property was fine. Breakfast was basic and poor quality. Staff demonstrated poor customer service.
