We were in town for a concert. Hotel was in perfect location. Loved walking around Plaza. So convenient to hotel.

Clean, super pretty, comfortable bedding/pillows, super hot water, nice staff, coffee is good, hot breakfast is good, location is amazing, look up country club plaza in KC, its located on the same black. So you can walk to restaurants stores. Parking garage is nice. Not one single complaint.

The pool and jacuzzi are always full of kids. Allowing adults more than half an hour without kids crowding would be nice.

I liked the location most. We could enjoy walking the Country Club Plaza near Hotel.
I also liked the comfortable bed and pillow.
But I didn't like that the room description on the Expedia and the room we got didn't much. Room size, furniture in the room
