I like the long-term parking option, and I have used it on several trips now when flying for KC. I don't like the confusion caused by there being more than one airport Sheraton. There also needs to be a poster or something at the airport with the number for the shuttle service.

Convenient, shuttle is excellent.
Nice to have dining and bar option.

This hotel is nice in places but the exterior of the building is crumbling and the windows are all fogged over and they charge $15 for a breakfast buffet. However they charge the same rate as the other hotel, so stay someplace nicer and that will give you breakfast. This hotel is as expensive as one with all of those amenities so you may as well get them.

Thank you for your recent stay. We are an older hotel, and will be starting with renovations in the near future, so that should help with the appearance of the outside. As far as Breakfast, all Four Points by Sheraton charge for breakfast. We serve a full hot buffet each morning, including eggs cooked to order, omelets, and breakfast sandwiches made to order. I do apologize that we apparently fell short of your expectations. We do hope to see you in the future

Great price, rooms reasonably clean. Great location for business to fly in and out!
I usually stay downtown but this worked well!

The staff were very friendly and the location was convenient! However, there were few amenities and the building conditions were less than average.

Basic Continental Breakfast was $15/per person for something that you’d find for free in every other Hotel.
