You can tell this comfort in is uncared for. The front desk staff is older lady’s who can’t remember anything after they said it 5 minutes before, and don’t care to actually be there or help anyone. The only amenity that is real is that they do a basic continental breakfast, their 1 elevator and ice machine. The pool and gym say mechanical issues. Even the vending machines don’t work, but you won’t know that till you try to use them. They do allow dogs, but walking them was a constant concern that you’d be attacked outside. Empty alcohol bottles litter the grounds, saw a few needle caps and areas where you can see homeless had stayed. Wouldn’t say I’d look at staying again. Just a shell of a hotel.

Very good overall. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Minor issues, eyes nights we had to get the key card reset, had to wait in line and the clerk was confused. One of them bad mouthed a manager that she was supposed to change the battery in the lock. I wanted to speak to up tell her that she had but didn’t. The hot water in the dining room wasn’t hot, had to microwave it and there was never water in the dining room dispenser. Over all food stay though.

No toilet paper. Shampoo, body wash, and lotion supply was very limited. Gym and pool was both out of service.
