The only five star facility hotel in Kanpur.. Very nice .. pool and dinner area is quite attractive.. Will stay again..

Don't go here in the weekends. We were here to do business. We were on the 11th floor at the poolside. When we opened the curtain there was a tent in front of our window ( so no view at all!) for construction or something. Friday night there was a party going on till 3 in the morning. the reception didn't come up with a solution. They should not put us on that side of the building. we needed our sleep. Then Saturday night it was worse, there was a wedding till 3 after that a group of kids were playing in the hallway with balls screaming shouting throwing the bal against doors. it was like a monkey town. no excuses or anything from the hotel. Very very disappointed.

Had a pleasant stay. Exclusion of breakfast from the tariff is not expected from such a great hotel. Should have been clearly conveyed by the reception team about bf exclusion.

Staff at restaurant greet and service only foreigners. Least bothered about Indians. They weren’t bothered about me during my breakfast. I was not happy
