The shower head was broken, old and needs updating, the lady who was there was brilliant, she cooked breakfast as well, could not complain about the service she provided

Absolutely loved the hospitality from the manager, very nice and caring Lady . Would definitely stay there again in the future.

We booked online as the photo of motel & description sounded ok.
On arriving was shown the room which cost $122.32 via booking site.
Shower was dirty, spiders on floor near toilet and bed from the 1950’s
Returned key to key box and left the property.
Wish that I could cancel credit card payment.

No potable or drinking water available in Kaniva. Water has a strong smell of sulphur and unpleasant to shower in.
