Most unprofessional hotel

They just do not give dam to you confirmation and do not aknowlege the booking.but then they give you a trailing mail that they haven't received booking confirmation from the site

Nice to stay at village Live inn Resort. Good location with beautiful site scenes. Love to visit against.....
