We were there for 2 nights. The location is off the street a little, therefore it was quiet. However it took us 30 seconds to walk to the street where all the entertainment was. There was no cleaning staff, and the front desk. We didn’t care, we were not there for very long.

Clean, comfortable hotel- Bad experience though!

The place is comfortable, clean and nice. However, we were disappointed after long drive of over 5 hours to find out that we had no room for us ( on the first of the two nights we booked) upon our arrival even though we had paid and received confirmation of our booking. The hotel's boss tried to make arrangement at a substitute guest accommodation for our first night. After much time wasted and discussion, we had no choice but took the substituted room at the other guest house worth only half price of what we had paid for. The frustration was that Hotels.com agent couldn't be reached due to being closed for Holiday and both our booked hotel and the substituted guest house did not want to bear the difference in the price of the room we chose to take at the substituted room, hence we had to take the lower price room so that we wouldn't have to pay extra out of our pocket. This is the first time we encountered this problem with our prepaid room. The problem is we as customers, had to suffer the consequences through this entire process even though it was not our mistake! Hope they will do better from this incident!

Simple place for a simple man

This place has the most simple setup for any type of hotel. Towels, Body Soap and Shampoo was provided. 2 complimentary water in the fridge; they even offered me two more! Room was super clean, bed was comfortable enough (I'm not picky). WiFi was great! I can download Netflix videos within minutes. Lag spikes for gaming though. Staff was awesome, offered to clean my room everyday (was there for 5 nights). Even the security guard there was friendly when they saw me heading out at night. It's at Jollyfrog Area (locals call this area that), bars located along the street. There's even nice cafés, if you're not into alcohol. Convenience stores like 7-11 barely 5 minutes away. I'll definitely visit this hotel again!
