Posted 22 Oct 2019 on HotelsWe arrived late and inform the host prier. Yet when we arrive no one was there to give us the key to the room. We tried contact but didn't always get response, one some call we were told to wait and we waited for nearly 40 mins. Then someone came out from the room close to where we waited and he smell like alcohol. He told us he couldn't give us the key because the manager werent there and he doesn't know which room to open. lol We try to explain that we waited for nearly an hour now just give us any room and we will sort it out in the morning if there is extra cost. Yet he insist to not give the room, we had to fight for it for another 15 mins or so.
We finally got the room but it looks really old and not clean. The roof has water stain and mold on it. The spider and bugs were walking around the floor. I woke up with bed bug bite marks on my legs, both of my legs..:( Never again
