A pretty expensive room but I think you get your money's worth. It's very close to the train station and other transportation options to get around Kanazawa. The room itself is comfortable and the amenities cover almost everything you need. The staff was also kind enough to store our luggage even after we checked out so we could do some more sightseeing before we left town. Overall, a good hotel that's worth looking at if you're visiting Kanazawa.

Well located, a comfortable and roomy space. Also worth mentioning, the restaurant located in the hotel is very good and worth a visit.

One thing I noticed is that no usb direct port in the room. I needed to use connexting socket for the usb.

Staff were excellent. My wife had hurt her knee earlier in the day and I went looking for ice, but there were no ice machines to be found (despite the hotel compendium saying they were on every floor). I requested ice from the front desk and one of the managers arrived soon after with two large bags of ice and extra towels. On the negative side, the room smelt of cigarette smoke, even though I was advised on check-in that I was in a non-smoking room. It took a lot of spraying with the supplied refresher spray to diffuse the smell. Maybe it came though the air conditioning or maybe a previous guest broke the rules, but it was disappointing nonetheless.
