It depends how many people and they change AC to save energy and breakfast buffet which uncomfortable for staying people and window carting is thin so too cold in evenings.

Great value

The hotel is a short walk into town, very convenient and great price. We stayed at nights and had no issues. The room was small for 3 people and the mattress is average. It is expected for what they charge.

Not a great place to stay...

Overall experience was far from great... staff at reception didn’t know much english, the elevator is a death trap, room was filled with humidity to the point where it started to “rain” in the room, all the fixtures were very old and needing refurbishment, to the point where even the wire to hold clothes was broken. Also, location is quite far from center of Kanazawa and main bus/train station.

Thank you for your staying and review. About our stuff, we're sorry for we we had not educate enough for English communication. We'll try to train them more hardly. About the facility, Although off course we inspect them especially about elevator and emergency equipment, but our hotel's one is not so new one like Tokyo's newest hotel. It is difficult to improve all things immediately, we'll try to do our vest. About the access, our hotel is convenient for coming by car, but from JR station, you need to take bus. The restaurant doesn't work for diner. The employees are really wonderful.

Want a room that smells like toilet?

Room was very small but in fact for that price it is really very small. But worse the whole room was filled with smells of the toilet all the time. It's just one of my worst hotel stays ever.

Give this hotel a miss

Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Hotel smelled of smoke, terrible location. Did not feel safe especially at night. Carpets were filthy!!
Location: Nothing to say positive about this hotel.
This hotel is located in an industrial part of town. The lobby, hallways and elevator smelled of smoke. Carpet in room was filthy! My room thank goodness did not smell of smoke and lucky I could open my window. No restaurants close by, very disappointed by the location. Did not feel safe walking in this area, very dark at night. Would not recommend this hotel.
