Very affordable, clean, wonderful property near the University and right next to the metro station making for a convenient spot to stay and travel to other parts if needed. The room was comfortable, clean, with basic amenities present. The staff were great, very nice and welcoming.
Just a couple of pointers: would’ve very much appreciated a Do not disturb sign as that would’ve helped let me communicate with the staff that I didn’t need my room cleaned and would’ve let me sleep in better. Also the restaurant needs to increase their options for guests including more authentic Kerala dishes, a bar menu and better coffee (filter coffee perhaps). Apart from these minor details, would highly recommend the place to stay!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, it is a relatively new hotel with adequate facilities and close proximity to the metro and a short taxi ride to the airport.
The staff could have been a little more attentive, I had to call reception twice to get housekeeping to attend to a problem with the television. However all in all it was a good experience and I would recommend and stay again.

Had an amazing stay at Ginger Kochi. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful for anything and everything that we came up with. The atmosphere is amazing, the food, gym, as well as the pool is awesome! I really enjoyed the stay with my family. Will definitely stay here next time I come to Kochi.
