Housekeeping entered our room even though we had the privacy sign on the door. Very rude.

Staff were friendly but hotel is in need of some improvements. Beat up walls and doors, dirty shower curtains, very old and thin towels. Not my typical holiday inn experience.

We were upgraded to the three queen room and it was great. The front desk lady was so nice. Our card stopped working a few times and she did everything to help us.

The hotel was extremely dirty. They also had a king suite online with 3 beds, when we arrived they said sorry we don't have rooms like that. False advertising. We stayed elsewhere
