Eric was a fantastic host - he was easy to get a hold of and responsive, had many recommendations, and the breakfast was delicious! The room and amenities were also beautiful.

I've owned and operated Dreamkatchers Lake Powell for 23 years. In this case, the guest arrived with 3 people but reserved a double occupancy room in addition to a very young child which was under my 12 years age policy. I credited 100 to this guest as a good will courtesy but this is regrettable now to me personally. I will always hold all my guests in the highest regard, even with exceptions such as this, there will be an honest clarification to the circumstances in order to keep faith in my traditional bed and breakfast establishment.

The most gracious host ever
Posted 28 May 2023 on HotelsWe booked a trip and made a friend! From the moment we arrived until the morning we left Eric took care of us like we were old friends. He truly was the most gracious host we’ve ever encountered! Eric has every detail covered—use of coolers and utensils for daytime outings, drinks, snacks, a delicious gourmet breakfast each morning, a comfortable home with a beautiful patio and hot tub. I am certain there is no better place to stay in Lake Powell!
